#ATMA: This is my eldest, and coolest cousin, with my late auntie Chandra on the back of the bike. This is in front of the family house in #Pondicherry. Family legend has it that just after he was born, in 1960, he was given the soul of his recently-deceased uncle, who was killed in a motorcycle accident aged 19. The family says he is just like his uncle. Well, hello again old pal… Home after a while. Filthy, needs a clean and complete overhaul once we can see the state of it. Car park was slightly flooded and brakes completely seized, so we had to remove them all, making it interesting to load and unload on a ramp. So they gave me a #Honda #CBF1000 for a few weeks, but I handed it back. Detuned #Fireblade engine revs like it should and sounds good on paper, but it’s a cheapo bike with middling handling, crap suspension and most significantly, two cylinders too many. Still, always nice to try out another bike. Awaiting a cheque so I can go bike shopping again. #motorcycle #motorbike
